SHIPPING

Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address.  Some carriers can not deliver to a P.O. box. 

Standard Shipping

Front Door items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

Same and Next Day Shipping*

For an extra $7 per address, we can arrange for  same day or next-day delivery though Uva APP www.pideuva.com

If we receive your order by 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6 pm P.T. through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped, along with a link to the website where they can track their order. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

At Oli Alen, we reserve the right to sell our products. If our processing, handling and shipping department is unable to validate the veracity of the order, any fraud alert due to discrepancy in contact information, we  can cancel the order within 10 business days, and refund the amount paid to the original method of payment without any explanation. Oli does not allow the "drop-shipping" modality to send its products, in the event that the email address of the order does not match the one provided in your digital wallet, Oli reserves the right to cancel the order at any time. moment. 

RETURNS

At Oli Alen, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value.

Proof of purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase.

• Electronic receipt
• Original packing slip (with order number visible)
• Order number

Refunds

• Original receipt — Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
• Credit Card/Paypal Refunds —  will be issued within the next three business days after merchandise is received.
• Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

Price adjustments

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.
