PRIVACY POLICY
By accessing our website, you agree to our terms and conditions. We will collect certain information about you during your visit. Like other websites, ours uses standard technology called "cookies" and weblog servers to collect information about how our website is being used. The information obtained through both systems is used for quality control and measurement purposes.
SHIPPING
Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address. Some carriers can not deliver to a P.O. box.
Standard Shipping
Front Door items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
Same and Next Day Shipping*
For an extra $7 per address, we can arrange for same day or next-day delivery though Uva APP www.pideuva.com
If we receive your order by 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6 pm P.T. through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped, along with a link to the website where they can track their order.
RETURNS
At Oli Alen, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value.

Proof of purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase.
- Electronic receipt
- Original packing slip (with order number visible)
- Order number
Refunds
- Original receipt — Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Credit Card/Paypal Refunds — will be issued within the next three business days after merchandise is received.
- Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
Price adjustments
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.
